Usually on dead wood from deciduous trees, but also recorded on dead wood from conifers, and organic debris

Microscopic Features

Spores sub-spherical with blunt spines to 2 µm long, amyloid (4-5.5) µm wide. Hyphal system monomitic, hyphae thin walled, septate, clamps absent. Basidia utriform 4 spored. Gloeocystidia fusiform to ventricose. Asterohyphidia present, dextrinoid
